When you try and go through other places like rocket mortgage our through a credit union like we first tried doing, to only be told to do this and that and you'll be all set when in reality you do those things and then they want you to do more. I just bought my very first home with them and had the BEST experience ever. Very informative, kind, and pleasant to work with every step of the way. Rex was amazing. Always gets right back with you and knows what he is talking about. I was very nervous to buy a house because I have heard so many horror stories from clients I sell cars to, but it was smooth and perfect the whole time from pre approval with him to closing.
