It was a blessing that I was lucky enough to have priority home mortgage help me with purchasing my home. When you try and go through other places like rocket mortgage our through a credit union like we first tried doing, to only be told to do this and that and you'll be all set when in reality you do those things and then they want you to do more. I got the privilege of working with Heather on my mortgage and let me tell you she don't give up on you like all the other places and she won't take no as an answer, when it comes to getting you approved for your home. Charlie Peterson was an amazing support throughout the entire process. He worked with me from the absolute beginning in first helping me figure out what exactly I needed to do to even be ready to consider buying a home. He walked alongside me through every single baby step throughout the way and got me to closing. He went so above and beyond expectations, with exceptional communication and advice. He was so professional and personable. I felt like I was working with a highly respected friend every time we talked. He even made himself available to answer questions and ease some of my anxieties in the waiting process while he was on vacation with his family! My sale was a bit unique in this market with the seller’s own sale/move-out contingencies and he fought to get me qualified into the best programs and rates possible. I worked with Heather on getting a loan for my first house just recently and she was amazing to work with. She helped me every step of the way and was in constant communication with everything I needed. If I ever needed to get in touch with her regarding a question she replied within 30 minutes whether it was early in the morning or late at night.
