When you try and go through other places like rocket mortgage our through a credit union like we first tried doing, to only be told to do this and that and you'll be all set when in reality you do those things and then they want you to do more. I got the privilege of working with Heather on my mortgage and let me tell you she don't give up on you like all the other places and she won't take no as an answer, when it comes to getting you approved for your home. I’m a first time home buyer, and though I have previous experience in real estate and did a lot of research on what to expect, there was so much I didn’t know! Charlie Peterson was an amazing support throughout the entire process. He worked with me from the absolute beginning in first helping me figure out what exactly I needed to do to even be ready to consider buying a home. He walked alongside me through every single baby step throughout the way and got me to closing. He went so above and beyond expectations, with exceptional communication and advice.
