Working with priority mortgage was nothing short of amazing. Heather, Matthew and Travis communicated every step to me and made sure all the documents I needed to sign were easily accessed. This is a great team that truly understand the needs of their clients and goes above and beyond for them. I appreciate them so much as they helped me close on my forever home.
My dream home is becoming a reality, thanks to Charlie Peterson. My own attempts at obtaining a HELOC were unsuccessful and I was running out of time. Charlie searched for a loan with the best terms and requirements for my needs, and I closed on it 10 days before my deadline. As he patiently guided me through the process, I was very impressed with his knowledge and expertise. He explained everything thoroughly and never made me feel like he was too busy to answer all my many, many questions. I enjoyed his friendly nature and trusted him completely. I am totally grateful to Charlie Peterson….I absolutely would not be able to have my dream home if it weren’t for him.

From the beginning, he gave us tips and tricks to get our credit score as high as possible, he then took care to watch interest rates and to position us to lock in the best rate possible. We wouldn't work with anyone else to finance a mortgage.
Charlie Peterson advised me on how to make the most out of the equity in my Florida Keys home by opening a Home Equity Line Of Credit. He made the process seamless and within weeks I had my loan. He then went the extra mile by advising my husband and I on how to make the most of our HELOC. The depth of his knowledge took us into investments we had no idea were available to us.
